Hey, I’m Marie
I’m so glad you’re here! So, how does one start a blog or for that matter why? It’s not really about me. It’s more about what God is wanting me to share with you, the reader. I love to include personal stories because I hope it helps us to connect better. To show you that I am a person just like you, goofy, fun, and like everyone life hits here too. So, here I am just sharing with whoever will listen to what God has placed on my heart!

MY FAMILY
My husband of 23 years – so we met at work, he was my boss until he fired me so he could ask me out. True story – at least the part about me working for him. He didn’t fire me but he didn’t try to discourage me from leaving either! 😉
My son and I are close. Even after he moved out on his own, he still calls me on his way home. We talk about his day or catch up on the anime shows we both like to follow. There are few games that we play and I’m always asking him how to get past a level when I get stuck. It’s a good thing one of us is a true gamer. 🎮
SO WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHERE I’M FROM?
funny story…all my life my parents always told me that I was born in Maine. As an adult, my mom sent me my birth certificate and it said New Hampshire! 🤣
MY HOBBIES
Topping the list of hobbies: Reading – wait is that really considered a hobby? That’s okay, I really do have some legit hobbies. I like to knit and crochet although I lean more towards crocheting than knitting. I like painting, drawing, and sketching. I’m always doodling in church while taking notes. (oops – confession of a doodler!)
